Classes in our building’s studio.
All levels welcome!
yoga with trie
Hello! Thanks to everyone who joined us for our December schedule. It was wonderful meeting you and practicing yoga and meditation together. I’m Trie, a Pier neighbor, certified yoga teacher, personal yoga trainer, and leadership and vitality coach.
Classes at the Pier blend mindful movement, strength, mobility, alignment, balance and breath, taught with clarity and care so the physical practice supports how the body actually works. Some days feel more calming, others more energizing, but the throughline is steady, thoughtful practice that supports both the body and the nervous system.

I draw from Hatha, Yin, somatic and restorative yoga, mindful strength work, breathwork and guided meditation — always adapting the practice to meet you where you are, support your body’s needs, and respect your individual yoga journey. You can expect clear guidance, options throughout, and a pace that allows you to feel both worked and grounded. You can learn more about my background and approach here.

We’ll resume classes the first week of February. Each class is $15, and you can register and pay for them here.
While additional classes may be added over time to accommodate schedules, for now classes will be held every Tuesday from 6:15–7:15 pm and every Saturday from 12–1 pm, provided we reach our class minimum.

Please note the class minimum:
To make classes sustainable and well-supported, a minimum of 3 registered participants is required for each session.

Registration closes 12 hours before class time. If the minimum isn’t reached, the class will be canceled, registered participants will be notified in advance, and payment will be credited toward a future class.

Note: If you’d like to go deeper, or if the February class schedule doesn’t fit your needs, Private Yoga sessions and Personal Yoga Training are also available.

details, details
-
All levels welcome. These classes are designed to meet you where you are and help you feel better than when you arrived.
-
Each class is fully guided — I offer options so you can move in the way that feels best in the moment, share brief insights on poses and their benefits, and blend movement, breath and reflection that all connect to the week’s theme. The goal is to leave each class feeling calmer, clearer, a little more energized and ready to bring that steadiness into the rest of your day.
-
Please bring your own mat and a towel or thin blanket. Feel free to bring a blocks or additional props if you’d like extra support.
-
The Pier requires a brief waiver before each class, so please arrive a few minutes early to sign and settle in. Classes start on time.
