Hello! I’m Trie, a Pier neighbor, certified yoga teacher, personal yoga trainer and yoga-powered transformation coach.
The Summer Reset Series starts with the 6:15 pm class on May 19. Get your pass now to secure your spot.
Classes blend mindful movement, strength, mobility, balance and breath taught with clarity and care so you move in a way that feels good in your body.
Some days are more calming, others more energizing, but the throughline is steady, thoughtful practice that supports your body & nervous system.
Classes run three times a week, starting Tuesday, May 19 at 6:15 pm.
Sign up for a pack of 1, 2, 4 or 8 classes at the GET YOUR PASS button below and once payment is received, I’ll confirm and you can reserve classes weekly as your schedule allows.
I draw from Hatha, Yin, somatic and restorative yoga, along with breathwork and simple strength work — always adapting the practice to meet you where you are.
You can expect clear guidance, options throughout, and a pace that helps you feel both worked and grounded.

Please bring a mat and a towel or light blanket. You’re welcome to bring blocks or any props you like for extra support.

The Pier requires a brief waiver before class, so plan to arrive a few minutes early. Classes start on time.
