yoga & meditation with trie
​Hello! I’m Trie, a Pier neighbor, certified yoga teacher and vitality coach who blends mindful movement, breath and intention to help you feel calmer, stronger and more alive.
​
To kick things off, I’ll be offering 4 classes a week (3 yoga, 1 meditation) for the first 3 weeks of December (Dec 2-20) — so we can carve out something meaningful for ourselves in the middle of this busy, magical season and see which times and styles feel best.
And to make it easy to join in, the first week is half price — just $10/yoga class and $7.50/meditation class.

It’s the perfect chance to roll out your mat, take a deep breath and discover how a little yoga can make your whole week feel better.

Begin the season by arriving fully. Through steady movement and breath, we’ll build calm strength and gentle warmth to carry us through the shorter days.

We'll use breath and awareness to navigate holiday stress and its flurry of activity with ease and warmth instead of overwhelm.

Let's reconnect with our steady inner light as the days grow shorter. Gentle heart openers and calm radiance.​

Each class is fully guided — I’ll offer options so you can move in the way that feels best in the moment, share brief insights on poses and their benefits, and blend movement, breath and reflection that all connect to the week’s theme. The goal is to leave each class feeling calmer, clearer, a little more energized and ready to bring that steadiness into the rest of your day.

Please bring your own mat and a towel or thin blanket. Feel free to bring a blocks or additional props if you’d like extra support.

All levels welcome. These classes are designed to meet you where you are and help you feel better than when you arrived.

The Pier requires a brief waiver before each class, so please arrive a few minutes early to sign and settle in.
