Hi, I’m Trie, transformation coach. yoga teacher. zest instigator. This isn’t just what I do. It’s what I’m here to do.

I’ve spent much of my adult life exploring a deceptively simple question: Why do smart, accomplished people know what they want, yet still struggle to create lasting change?

I’ve lived inside that question as a leader, coach, yoga teacher, former Deputy Mayor, university instructor and as a human navigating pressure, reinvention and big transitions of my own.

What I’ve learned is this: insight helps, but it’s not enough. Willpower fades. Motivation fluctuates. And change rarely sticks when it lives only in the mind.

That understanding shaped the work I do today. I blend movement, breathwork, mindfulness and strategic coaching into a body-based approach to transformation — one that trains how people actually function day to day, under real-world demands.

I work with thoughtful, driven people who want steadier energy, clearer decisions and a way of living and leading that feels sustainable, alive, and aligned.

Whether through one-on-one training, focused coaching, or immersive retreats, the intention is the same:
to help people feel calmer under pressure, more confident in their choices, and more able to follow through on what matters — without forcing, striving or burning out.

We don’t force outcomes. We train the system so forward movement becomes natural.

I lead guest experience and retreat hospitality for The Blissful Badass, supporting our in-person experiences, services and merchandise.

I care deeply about how people feel when they arrive and how supported they feel all the way through. With a background in restaurants, guest services and hospitality design, I focus on the details that help everything flow smoothly, so the experience feels easy, thoughtful, and genuinely cared for.

My role is simple: to create an environment that feels welcoming and nurturing so participants and clients can relax, settle in and fully engage in the work.
