create change from the inside out

These retreats are not about escaping your life or floating through a few peaceful days.
They’re for people who want to return home clearer, more energized and oriented toward what’s next — with a felt understanding of how to create change from the inside out.
Each retreat is intentionally small and carefully curated. We begin by settling the system, restoring energy and grounding the body.
From there, we work through The Ecstatic Motion Method™ to clarify one bold shift you want to make over the next six months and train your body, breath and attention to support it.
You don’t just leave feeling better.
You leave knowing how to move forward and how to sustain it.
a clear arc. a lasting shift.
Not a getaway. Not a pause from life. A calibration for what comes next.
Every retreat follows a deliberate progression. We start by helping your nervous system settle and your energy replenish.
Then we guide you through practices that sharpen clarity, reconnect you to desire and direction and bring focus to what truly matters now.
From there, we activate momentum so you leave not just inspired but ready and resourced.
This work is experiential, embodied and practical.
You learn how to work with your energy rather than fight it and how to use movement, breath and attention as tools you can take with you long after the retreat ends.

what happens each day

This is a focused weekend experience, and the time is used with intention.
From the moment you arrive, the retreat is designed to interrupt autopilot and bring your energy, attention and body into coherence.
Friday evening is about arrival with purpose — grounding movement, breathwork and a clear opening that signals you are stepping into a different mode of awareness. The goal is not collapse or escape. It’s readiness.
Saturday is the core of the retreat. This is where we work.
You move through the full arc of the One Bold Shift™ framework using yoga, breathwork, guided reflection and structured dialogue.
Each session builds on the last, helping you clarify one meaningful shift you are ready to make and understand — physically, mentally and emotionally — what it will take to sustain it.
Movement is intelligent and deliberate. Breathwork regulates energy and sharpens focus. Reflection is guided not abstract. Conversation is contained and purposeful. Nothing is random and nothing is rushed.
Rest is built in strategically, not as an escape but as a way to allow insight to land and integration to occur. Time to walk, journal or be quiet is part of the design so the work actually sticks.
Sunday brings embodiment and consolidation. We begin with reflection and then move into a longer flowing yoga practice that carries you through the full One Bold Shift™ sequence in motion. This is where clarity becomes embodied — not just understood — and where the weekend resolves into something you can take forward with confidence.
You leave with a clear shift defined, a felt understanding of how to support it through your body and breath and practical tools to return to when life speeds up again.
This is not time away from your life.
It’s a deliberate calibration for what comes next.
