Pier Yoga December

Winter Arrival: Ground & Glow (Yoga)
Tuesday, Dec 2: 6-7 pm and Wednesday, Dec 3: Noon-1 pm

Description:
Begin the season by arriving fully. This grounding practice blends breath, strength and slow, steady movement to help you reconnect to your center and shake off the rush of early winter. You’ll build gentle warmth and clarity from the inside out with the goal of leaving calm, centered and ready to move into the month ahead with steadiness and ease.

What To Expect:
A steady, low-pressure flow that warms the body and clears the mind. We’ll start by centering, build calm strength through simple, mindful movement, then soften back down. Expect grounded focus, quiet energy and a subtle lift for shorter days.

Mindful Holidaze (Meditation)

Home For The Heart (Yoga)

We’ll use gentle supported poses, slow stretches across the chest and shoulders, and calming breathwork to release tension and open the heart. Between movement and stillness, you’ll reflect on what matters most and nurture a quiet warmth that expands beyond the mat. You’ll leave feeling grounded, grateful and at peace — at home in yourself and in the season.

What To Expect:

Our final Saturday session invites you to slow down and soften. Through gentle movement, steady breath and supportive postures, you’ll restore calm, open the heart and release any lingering tension. Expect slow transitions, extended rest and a peaceful close to the season.

  • Each class is fully guided — I’ll offer options so you can move in the way that feels best in the moment, share brief insights on poses and their benefits, and blend movement, breath and reflection that all connect to the week’s theme. The goal is to leave each class feeling calmer, clearer, a little more energized and ready to bring that steadiness into the rest of your day.
     

  • Please bring your own mat and a towel or thin blanket. Feel free to bring a blocks or additional props if you’d like extra support.
     

  • All levels welcome. These classes are designed to meet you where you are and help you feel better than when you arrived.
     

  • The Pier requires a brief waiver before each class, so please arrive a few minutes early to sign and settle in.
     

  • When you click 'Register,' above you'll be directed to a quick Registration Form to reserve your spot(s) and submit payment. You’ll receive a confirmation once you're all set.
