Because I’ve lived the imbalance most leaders face.

​​I was achieving big things: serving as a Deputy Mayor reinventing city budgeting, leading strategic planning, and directing collaborations and innovation, then later teaching 21 university classes and coaching hundreds of people into new possibilities. Great, rewarding positions where i got to do some amazing work with excellent individuals.

But it came at a cost everyone could see: I was stressed, stretched thin and not exactly glowing with joy. I measured myself by outcomes and achievements, yet couldn’t pause long enough to enjoy them. Case in point: I always kept my phone on my yoga mat, not because anything urgent ever came through, but because I dreaded the possibility that it might.

That’s exactly why I created The Inner Edge — to give leaders a practical, body-and-mind reset that keeps their edge sharp while bringing both a sense of calm and powerful vitality to their world.

That’s when I realized yoga and mindfulness had to stop being “nice-to-haves” and became my recalibration. These practices asked me to slow down, breathe and actually notice what was happening in my body, mind and life. And here’s the real shift: once I did, everything opened up. My work and life didn’t just keep pace, they blossomed. I found my center, my clarity and ultimately, my true calling.

Since then, I’ve spent more than a decade studying and weaving these tools into leadership development, coaching and eventually earning my yoga teacher certification. I’ve experienced firsthand and seen it over and over that when leaders train both body and mind together, the balance they gain doesn’t just sustain them, it amplifies everything they do.

This is private coaching, not a group class. Everything is explained and tailored to you. It’s not about pretzel shapes — it’s about simple, effective moves that generate clarity, steadiness, and energy for the moments that matter most.

Q: Will this take a lot of time?
A: Nope.


Sessions are 60 minutes. Between-session practices take 5–15 minutes and are designed to slot into your day as resets, not extra burdens.
