There are two bespoke, one-on-one ways to work together, depending on what you’re looking for right now: Private Yoga Sessions or Personal Yoga Training.

Private Yoga Sessions focus on movement, strength, flexibility and ease in the body to deepen your practice.

 

Personal Yoga Training provides a deeper, more integrative approach that uses yoga, breath and mindfulness to deliberately train internal states that support how they live and work. 

Both are private. Both are tailored. The difference is the depth and focus of the work. Both can support One Bold Shift — the distinction is whether your focus is physical practice or integrated training for daily life.

For those who want a class focused on deepening your practice, I offer Private Yoga Sessions designed around your body, your goals and how you want to move.

These sessions center on the physical practice of yoga: strength, mobility, alignment, balance and breath, taught in a clear, supportive way that meets you where you are. Practices are intelligently sequenced and adapted so your body can build strength and flexibility without strain or unnecessary complexity.

Private Yoga is ideal if you want:

  • Personalized yoga without the coaching or state-training emphasis

  • Supportive guidance to deepen your practice or return to yoga confidently

  • A session that feels focused, grounding and physically beneficial

  • One-on-one attention without pressure or performance

If you’re based in NYC, Jersey City or Hoboken, we can explore in-person sessions. Otherwise, we work seamlessly online, with the same level of personalization and depth.

 

These sessions focus on the physical practice of yoga. If you’re looking for deliberate nervous system and internal state training that connects directly to daily life and work, Personal Yoga Training offers a deeper, more integrative approach.

This work begins with a simple question: How do you need to feel in order to move through what’s ahead of you? For many clients, that question points to one meaningful shift they’ve wanted to make for a long time, and finally want their body and energy aligned to support.

Rather than starting with generic flows or fixed sequences, we start with your current reality — work, leadership, creativity, recovery, momentum — and the internal state that would make those demands easier and more skillful to meet.

From there, each session is designed to support that state through intelligent movement, breath and focused attention chosen specifically for you.

We work intentionally with flexibility, strength, alignment and refined movement — and we use those skills in service of something deeper.

We begin with an intake conversation that looks at the full picture: your energy, current demands, goals and your experience or curiosity around yoga and mindfulness. This helps us identify not just what to work on, but how to work with your body and nervous system in a way that creates meaningful change.

Each session integrates:

  • Intentional movement and mobility

  • Breathwork and nervous system regulation

  • Mindfulness and embodied awareness

  • Light strategic coaching aligned with what you’re working toward

  • Simple, targeted practices to use between sessions

Daily Protocols
Short, repeatable practices that reinforce the specific internal state you're focused on so your body learns how to access it more reliably over time.

 

Power Moves
Brief, situational practices drawn from your sessions that help you reset or support your system in real moments—before a meeting, after a long day or when energy drops.

The Seven Levers

The conditions that allow training to actually take hold. Rather than adding more effort, we pay attention to the basics that support learning — such as rest, fuel and environment — so the states you’re training become easier to access and more reliable over time. You’ll receive simple guidance for strengthening these conditions so your practice supports you beyond the mat.

For others, it means Personal Yoga Training: a deeper, more integrative approach that uses yoga, breath and mindfulness to deliberately support internal states such as calm, focus, energy, confidence and steadiness.​ This work is guided by The Ecstatic Motion Method™, my body-based framework for sustainable change, shaped by years of leadership work, coaching, teaching and ongoing study — including immersive training in the South of France.

I draw from Hatha, Yin, somatic and restorative yoga, mindful strength work, breathwork and guided meditation — always adapting the practice to support both the body and the life it serves.
