This work begins with a simple question: How do you need to feel in order to move through what’s ahead of you — well?

Rather than starting with generic flows or fixed sequences, we start with your current reality — work, leadership, creativity, recovery, momentum — and the internal state that would make those demands easier and more skillful to meet.

From there, each session is designed to support that state through intelligent movement, breath and focused attention chosen specifically for you.

We work intentionally with flexibility, strength, alignment and refined movement — and we use those skills in service of something deeper.

Yoga is the most effective tool I’ve found for changing our internal state quickly and reliably. At the same time, it develops strength, flexibility and skillful movement that trains our body and nervous system to support how we want to respond.

Through carefully chosen movement, breath and attention, your system learns how to generate the right energy for the moment: settling when things are intense, building momentum when you’re creating something new and staying steady when decisions are on the line.

Because this work is one-on-one, each practice is designed around both how you want to move and how you want to function right now — so strength, flexibility and technique develop in ways that directly support your life, not just the pose.

One-on-one, fully personalized training designed to meet you where you are — and support where you’re headed

We begin with an intake conversation that looks at the full picture: your energy, current demands, goals and your experience or curiosity around yoga and mindfulness. This helps us identify not just what to work on, but how to work with your body and nervous system in a way that creates meaningful change.

Each session integrates:

  • Intentional movement and mobility

  • Breathwork and nervous system regulation

  • Mindfulness and embodied awareness

  • Light strategic coaching aligned with what you’re working toward

  • Simple, targeted practices to use between sessions

If you’re based in NYC, Jersey City or Hoboken, we can explore in-person sessions. Otherwise, we work seamlessly online, with the same level of personalization and depth.

Between sessions, you’ll receive off-the-mat practices chosen specifically to reinforce what you’re building.

 

These aren’t generic assignments — they’re strategic tools designed to support the state you’re training, so the work compounds over time.

This isn’t a yoga class you drop into occasionally. It’s bespoke, yoga-powered training designed to support real function beyond the session.

I teach yoga as a powerful, responsive practice — one that helps you shape how your system works and how to work with it instead of against it.

This isn’t about chasing shapes or pushing through discomfort. It’s about learning how your body and nervous system respond, and using that understanding to generate the energy, clarity or steadiness you need.

Each session is shaped by what you’re navigating and what you’re building toward. Sometimes that means activation and strength. Other times it means grounding, recovery or focus. The practice changes because your needs change.

This work is guided by The Ecstatic Motion Method™, my body-based framework for sustainable change, shaped by years of leadership work, coaching, teaching and ongoing study — including immersive training in the South of France.

I draw from Hatha, Yin, somatic and restorative yoga, mindful strength work, breathwork and guided meditation — always adapting the practice to support both the body and the life it serves.
