Spark Dimmed?: Here's The New Way To Live, Lead & Energize In 2026

Why traditional change methods fall flat when you’re already stretched thin and how movement, breath and nervous system–smart practices can finally help you feel clear, powerful and energized again.
Here we are. Mid-December.
The time of year when your to-do list has its own to-do list and your energy level is … politely declining.
And sure, being tired in December is no shocker, but a lot of people have been running on low battery since October. Or September. Or … summer.
Most people I work with — leaders, emerging leaders, people in transition, people who’ve already lived enough life to know they don’t want to run on fumes anymore — aren’t struggling with ambition.
They’re struggling with capacity.

Your spark didn’t vanish. It just went dim while everything else demanded your attention.
And frankly, it’s likely been triple-booked since Labor Day.
Maybe you’ve had that moment when you think, “If I could feel more energized, more clear, more like the version of myself I know I can grow into, everything else would feel more doable ... and fun.”
So let me ask you something simple:
What’s one shift you’ve wanted to make — a shift in how you create, rest, live, lead, or energize in 2026 — that keeps getting bumped to “later”?
It might be navigating life with more purpose and intentionality.
More leadership presence.
More spark and energy for the things (and people) I actually care about.
Or simply a way of living and working that doesn’t leave me running on battery saver mode.
Whatever it is, most people don’t stall out for lack of desire. They stall out because the approach they’re using isn’t built for how humans actually make — and sustain — change.
For years I tried to think (and overthink) my way into feeling better. I made beautiful, detailed plans. I had great intentions. I color-coded things that did not need to be color-coded. 😁
And none of it stuck.
It wasn’t until I immersed myself — deeply, academically, practically — in yoga, breathwork, nervous system science, meditation, somatic coaching and modern leadership psychology that something clicked:
Your mind can’t drag your body somewhere your body isn’t prepared to go.
And your nervous system always casts the deciding vote.

This is why The Blissful Badass™ and my methodology, The Ecstatic Motion Method™, exist. Movement, breath, attention and intention aren’t four separate ideas — they’re one integrated mechanism that gives you your spark, your steadiness and your leadership presence back.
And when they start working together? People don’t just settle down.
They sharpen.
They steady.
They spark.
They start to feel more like the person they know they can become — not because they forced anything, but because their whole system finally lines up to support them.
So here’s your second question:
What have you tried this past year to live with more vitality or lead more intentionally? And why do you think it didn’t stick?
Not to judge it. Just to learn from it.
Because once you know what didn’t work, you get to choose something that will.
And here’s the good news: When the body is on your side, everything opens up.
Your energy shows up differently.
Your decisions sharpen.
Your mind stops wrestling you for control.
Your creativity stops sending you cryptic postcards.
Your leadership becomes calmer, stronger, more intuitive.
This is the kind of change that sustains itself because the whole system — mind, body, breath, attention — is aligned.
So one more question:
If by spring you felt clearer, steadier, more energized and more aligned with who you’re becoming… what would suddenly feel possible in 2026?

Whatever your answer is — that’s the direction worth exploring.
And while our 1:1 work begins in January and our Spring 2026 retreats are on the horizon, you absolutely don’t need to wait to start shifting the way you feel.
Here are three small, smart steps you can start this week:
1. Pick one thing you want next year — just one.
Not the whole overhaul. Just the one bold shift that matters most.
2. Ask: “What has stopped me before?”
Was it timing, bandwidth, overwhelm, perfection pressure? Knowing your pattern helps you choose a smarter path this time.
3. Give your nervous system one win a day.
A two-minute breathing pattern. A short walk. A stretch. A moment where you actually finish the exhale. This is how momentum begins — with the smallest possible spark.
If you want more support, tools or inspiration, Instagram and my blog will be the first place to get updates on retreats, classes and private yoga training for 2026.
But for now? Just let yourself imagine what more centered, more intentional, more energized version of you could open up next year.
You deserve that kind of year. And it’s closer than you think.
